Terms of Service
Acceptance of these rules
By using this website or booking a project with us, you are agreeing to these terms. We are Khiri Vietnam, a trade consulting firm based at 45 Silk Mill Street, Manchester. We help small and medium businesses in the UK move goods into Asian markets like Vietnam and Thailand. These terms apply to all visitors and clients. We don't use complicated legal talk where a simple sentence will do. We focus on auditing shipping routes and fixing your customs paperwork. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, we ask that you do not use our services or our site. Honestly, we only want to work with firms where there is mutual respect and clear communication from the start. We keep things simple and expect our clients to do the same throughout our 3-week reviews and longer engagements.
Our fixed project fees
We work on a fixed project fee basis for everything we do. We don't like hourly billing because it creates uncertainty for your budget and slows down the work. Once you request a 48-hour proposal and we agree on the scope, that price is final. Whether we are doing a supply chain audit or a partner search in Ho Chi Minh City, you will know the cost upfront. Invoices are sent via email and must be paid within 14 business days via bank transfer to our UK account. If a project is paused because you haven't provided the necessary data, we reserve the right to invoice for the work completed so far. We never take hidden commissions or kickbacks from the factories we visit in Asia. This ensures our advice is strictly for your benefit and not based on a side deal with a supplier. You pay for a result, not for us to watch the clock.
What we need from your team
To get your goods through customs and fix your routes, we need accurate data from your team. This includes sharing your HS codes, current shipping invoices, and existing factory contracts. If the data you give us is wrong or incomplete, our audit will not be effective. We rely on you to be honest about your current freight costs and any past issues with Asian authorities. We assume that you have the legal right to share this data with us for the purpose of the project. If we are vetting a distributor in Bangkok for you, we need a clear list of what your business requires before we start the search. We are not responsible for delays that happen because a client took 11 days to answer a simple email about their paperwork. We work best when we have a dedicated point of contact in your office who can handle our data requests quickly.
Results and limited liability
We have delivered 47 projects and helped our clients save 11.2% on freight on average. However, we cannot guarantee that every single shipment will arrive on time or that a specific factory will never make a mistake. Port strikes, weather, and sudden changes in Thai or Vietnamese law are outside our control. Our job is to give you the best possible route and the cleanest paperwork based on our 8 years of experience on the ground. We provide professional advice, but you are responsible for the final decisions in your business. We are not liable for any loss of profit or business interruption that happens after we deliver our 12-page roadmap. Our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question. We don't promise miracles; we provide practical shipping fixes that work for Manchester-scale businesses.
Ownership and cancellation
Once you have paid your final invoice in full, you own the audit report or the partner shortlist we created for you. You can use this data however you like within your own business operations. We keep the rights to our internal methods and the templates we use to audit supply chains. You cannot sell our reports to other firms or publish them online. If you need to cancel a project after it has started, please let us know in writing. We will charge for the work our team has already done up to that date, usually based on the milestones reached. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts local to our Manchester office. We treat all your trade data as confidential and expect you to do the same with our pricing and our specific network of Asian port contacts. We handle the paperwork so you can focus on your trade.
