Trade questions answered straight

We skip the corporate talk to give you the facts about moving goods into Vietnam and Thailand. Here is how we handle your logistics, law reviews, and partner searches.

How long does a supply chain audit actually take?

Most audits are wrapped up in 3.2 weeks. We spend the first 6 days gathering your data, then we spend 11 days digging into your shipping routes and customs paperwork. You get the final report and the fixed route plan on day 22. We don't drag things out.

Why do you focus only on Vietnam and Thailand?

Because that's where our network is. Gareth and Alistair spend about 14 weeks a year on the ground there. We know the port managers and the warehouse owners personally. We won't give advice on markets where we don't have real boots on the ground.

Will you negotiate with shipping companies for us?

Yes. As part of our audit, we talk directly to your carriers. We often find they have been overcharging on documentation fees or using slow routes. On average, we help our 47 active clients save 11.2% on their quarterly freight spend just by fixing these errors.

How do you ensure a factory is reliable?

We don't trust websites or brochures. We visit the site in person, check their local business license, and review their last 12 months of export records. We also speak to at least 2 other European firms they work with to check their quality control. We give you the straight talk on what we find.

What happens if the project takes longer than expected?

It is a fixed project fee. If we miscalculate the time it takes to vet a factory or audit a route, that is on us. You pay exactly what we agreed in the 48-hour proposal. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices at the end of the month.

Do you take commissions from the factories you recommend?

No. Honestly, that would be a conflict of interest. Many agencies make their money on hidden kickbacks, but we only work for you. Our only income is the fixed fee we agree on Day 1. This ensures our vetting is completely unbiased.

What is the smallest shipment volume you work with?

We usually work with firms shipping at least 4 containers a year. If you are smaller than that, we might not be the right fit for a full audit. However, we can still do a law and compliance review for a flat fee of £1,850 to keep you clear of customs fines.
